Policies
Our policies are simple. They may change as time goes by but for now they are as follows.
1. Colors are not always exact or sizes. Products I described as best I can but I am human and may not always be exactly to the T.
2. I reserve the right to not do business with anyone that is abrasive by my standards.
3. Merchandise may be returned after purchase within 30 days but notice should always be given as soon as possible. And reason for return. The merchandise should be returned for money back unless it is sale purchase in that case credit with our company is the only refund offered. Merchandise must be in good shape when returned along with receipt. Refund or credit may take as long 30 to be refunded.
4. All shipping/handling is to be paid by client not Two Red.com.
5. If shipment is lost or damaged in shipment insurance will have to be filed for and many claims take several months, so I require insurance and tracking on all shipping.
6. Any returned checks or declined cards may result in additional charges or fees.
7. Allow 6 to 15 days for shipment to go out due to the fact that I am a home based business and shipping is done on one to two days a week, unless order is rush where in additional fees will be applied.
8. Any questions on freight on furniture will have to go through freight companies that I use, so it will take time but will be done as fast as possible.
9. Allow 6 to 10 weeks for delivery of furniture. Many of these pieces are made to order so time is always a factor. Pillows will take the same amount of time unless they are in stock.
10. Products on a whole basis will take as long as 10 weeks to be delivered do to production times.
